The Math Challenge

Sharpen your sword and your mind. Ancient dungeons await you in which you must pass a test that will test your knowledge, but perhaps also your fighting skills…

We offer you an adventurous world that will test the mathematical knowledge of your children or students in a very entertaining way, The Math Challenge.

In this world, the student will find himself in front of an ancient tower that will lead him to a mysterious underground. There, if he dares, he will take 10 math tests.

A correct answer means a reward in the form of better equipment, a wrong answer will summon a mob that he will have to defeat in order to advance further.

When a student successfully passes all ten trials he will be rewarded, according to the number of mistakes he makes, with a rare mathematical cup of varying degrees or a mouldy potato.

This world tests mathematical skills in the area of the addition of two numbers. At first, the challenges are easy (9+7) but as the student progresses the difficulty increases (463+387). The maximum value of the result is 999. The numbers are generated randomly, so each game is different.

How it works:

  • Upon entering the chamber, the student will see the equation.
  • There are three 0’s where the result should be.
  • Using the buttons above and below the 0’s, the student sets the correct result.
  • When he/she thinks the result is correct, he/she presses the button on the right side next to the result.
  • If the answer is correct, he receives a reward, a door appears and he can move on.
  • If the result is incorrect, a mob appears and the player must first defeat it to move on.
  • As long as the mob is alive, the player will not get any further even if he had entered the correct result in the meantime.
